At ARGENT SILVERSMITH, we take pride in our handcrafted artistry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original ARGENT SILVERSMITH presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked service to our studio address, ensuring you retain a copy of your tracking number for security.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our silversmiths verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
